This solution opened up a wider audience because of the lower entry cost. The end result was over $1M of incremental sales in the first year into what was considered a mature and stagnant market. On the software front we created a Distribution channel for a $250-$1,000 iPhone/iPad Smart Home Control App in a highly technical and competitive marketplace, achieving $100,ooo of sales in the first 12 months. In 2021, we launched a new product into a saturated market - Aura Smart Air - by carefully differentiating it from the competition and penetrating niche markets via specialist Resellers.
